Returns
We will accept return requests for any faulty, damaged or defective items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept return requests due to buyer's remorse.
We do not accept return requests for wrong sizes. Each of the items listed in our product catalog has a size guide. Please read with care before ordering.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Claims for packages deemed to be lost in transit must have a correct, complete and deliverable shipping address and be accompanied by photos of the product and the packing slip.
All return requests must be submitted via email within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
Refunds (if applicable)
You should send item to the "return address" on your shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
